Custom plastic holder pocket badge with chaplain ministry emblem and 2 personalized name plates. Can be worn in a pocket or includes a chain or lanyard so it can be worn around the neck as well. A mourning band is also included.

The top and bottom name plates can be up to 2 lines. Specify what you would like on each line on the form when you click add to cart.

Due to personalization of the badge, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
