The name plate can be up to 3 lines. Specify what you would like on each line on the form when you click add to cart. You don’t have to use 3 lines if you do not want to. Example: you can put just your name with 1 line or name and title/name of organization to only have 2 lines printed.

The seal of the badge can be changed to any state seal, chaplain cross seal, Liberty and Justice for All, Integrity and Proud to Serve, fire chaplain Star of David, fire chaplain cross, Star of David, Puerto Rico, Police/Fire/EMS. Specify what you would like on the drop down menu.

Due to personalization of the badge, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
